All candidates for membership are required to successfully complete a background check prior to beginning the membership process. The cost of the background check is $65 and is not refundable.

IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 – make your payment as directed below, then contact the Membership Department at the number provided to you in the background check letter for further instructions.

You will be asked to read and electronically sign a consent & disclosure form.

The questionnaire must be completed in one session taking approximately 20-30 minutes. Do not click the link to make your payment and start this process unless you have 30 minutes available.

Please be prepared to provide the Chapter Number that you received from the chapter of interest. You will enter this number with your personal information.

Before final submission, please proofread and verify the information you provided is complete and accurate. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER SUBMISSION. Background checks containing errors will require starting the process over beginning with payment.
